The singer, 30, first teamed up with Taylor's company, Tri Star Sports And Entertainment Group, in late 2022 with regards to his companies Bieber Time Touring LLC, Justin Bieber Brands LLC and Bieber Time Merchandise.

But, insiders have revealed the pop superstar dropped Taylor last month following a string of bad press and swiftly hired Johnny Depp's business manager, Edward White.

The decision comes shortly after Tri Star employee Robin Greenhill - who previously worked as Spears' former assistant - was mentioned in a damning lawsuit filed against disgraced hitmaker Sean 'Diddy' Combs earlier this year.

'Justin's split with Lou was not amicable,' a source said. 'He fired her. People generally stay with their accountant for ages and Justin was only with Tri Star for two years.

The singer first teamed up with Taylor's company, Tri Star Sports And Entertainment Group, in 2022 but has pulled back following a string of bad press for the company

'This happened in May, after the Diddy raid. Justin's financial affairs are now being handled by his new accountant/business manager, Edward White.'

Greenhill was named as Combs' accountant who allegedly oversaw payments to sex workers, according to music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, who accused Combs of sexually harassing, drugging and threatening him.

In a statement shared with Us Weekly via his lawyer, Combs denied the accusations and branded Jones a 'liar.'

White, who founded his eponymous firm in 1976, works with Depp andtestified in his defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, in 2022.

He had previously helped the actor in a lawsuit against The Management Group over mishandlings of his finances in 2017, a year after they started working together.

DailyMail.com has contacted Bieber, Taylor and Greenhill's representatives for comment.

Bieber - who is currentlyunder the managementof Scooter Braun - joined forces with Tri Star while his Justice World Tour was on pause owing to a bout of ill health.

The remaining shows were cancelled in February 2023, with Bieberlater revealing he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome- whichcauses paralysis on one side of the face.

An insider at the time toldDailyMail.com that his determination to focus on his health hadchanged his outlook on his career.

'He still would love to perform for his fans but more on his own terms and something along the lines of a residency would be perfect because it would allow him to control the dates of his performances and it would only have him be in one place, less hectic of a lifestyle...,' they said.

'Now he has been able to slow down and enjoy the life that he has blessed himself with, he gets to think of exactly what he wants to do next.

Since 2022, Bieber has only returned to the stage a handful of times - with many fans now under the impression that the father-to-be has no plans to embark on a world tour again in the future.

His Bieber Time Touring LLC is also currently suspended as it is not in good standing with theCalifornia Franchise Tax Board.

Britney Spears previously accused Taylor of playing a part in her 13-year conservatorship

The Yummy singer's decision to cut ties with Tri Star comes months after Combs' accuser made headlines with his sexual lawsuit against the rap mogul.

The produceris suing the beleaguered rapper over claims he engaged in 'serious illegal activity' including sexual assault.

According to Jones' lawsuit, a female accountant - Greenhill - issued payments on a monthly basis via a wire transfer, cash payment or funds transfer to the sex workers.

Greenhill allegedly made sure the payments were completed to the sex workers that allegedly included City Girls rapper Yung Miami as well as models Jade Ramey and Daphne Joy, according to the lawsuit.

All three women have denied Jones' allegations.

Pop superstar Spears calledout Taylor's 'weird-ass lackey' Greenhill, in her 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me.

The book saw her claim Greenhill 'ruled' her day-to-day activities and 'monitored every move' she made.

She wrote: 'I saw my father and Lou and Robin as bullies and I wanted them out of my life.'

Spears has long accused Taylor of being involved in her father Jamie Spears' alleged financial misconduct and mismanagement.

In her memoir Spears said her father Jamie (L) 'struck up a very close friendship' with Taylor, before he became his daughter's legal guardian (pictured with Jamie Lynn Spears and Taylor)

Tri Star resigned as Spears' business management company in 2020, just one year before a Los Angeles judge terminated the pop star's conservatorship.

Spears claimed that her former business manager played a key role in the establishment of her 13-year conservatorship.

She wrote that her father 'struck up a very close friendship with Louise "Lou" Taylor, who he worshipped' just before he became his then-26-year-old daughter's legal guardian.

Spears stated in her memoir: 'She was front and center during the implementation of the conservatorship that would later allow them to control and take over my career.'

Elsewhere, she wrote: 'Lou, who had just started a new company called Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group, was directly involved in calling the shots right before the conservatorship.

'At the time, she had few real clients. She basically used my name and hard work to build her company.'

Back in 2021, Taylor stated that she had 'no role whatsoever in the creation' of the conservatorship.

However, Spears'attorney cast doubt on her claim in 2022 by releasing a selection of emails from 2008 in which Taylor stated she lookedforward to 'working with' Jamie's legal team.

She also appeared to indicate that Tri Star 'will serve as' a co-conservator of Spears' multimillion-dollar estate, according to court documents obtained at the time.

In the memoir, Spears also stated that her father hadbeen 'financially indebted' to Taylor, after Tri Star loaned him at least $40,000 several days before the conservatorship began.

Taylor’s lawyer told the New York Times in 2021 that it 'had no effect on Tri Star’s work for the estate in later years.'
