Job Description The Attractions Attendant will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing various attractions, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide information about the attractions and assist with any inquiries.
Operate various attractions, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Monitor attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules and guidelines.
Address any safety concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper reporting to management when necessary.
Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain the cleanliness of attraction areas, including sanitizing equipment and ensuring the overall tidiness of the environment.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of attractions and overall guest satisfaction.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:
Exhibit hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, and guest focused.
Able to take direction and work together as a team.
Able to work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education + Experience + Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion.
