Job DescriptionOur Party Hosts warmly greet each guest who enters our building and ensures a great first impression. The Party host will provide an excellent and fun party experience and moments for our guests. They also assist in setting up tables, running food, and bussing tables.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet guests and escort them to their event location
Offers party add-ons and extra services
Keep party rooms staged and tour-ready at all times
Maintain a clean, safe, and clutter free environment for the entire venue
Work with management team to ensure that all event supplies are ordered, on site, and prepared in advance
Communicate and manage time with party host during the event
Send “Thank You” letters post event
Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Other duties may be assigned
Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:
Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
Able to take direction and work together as a team
Education + Experience + Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Meets Ring Up Program requirements
Food Handler, state alcohol certification required
Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
